This CD is a collection of
12 original traditional country
songs that features the title song "Sidemen". The song is a tribute to
all men and women that play their musical instruments wheather in the
recording studio or performing
on stage alone side of the singing artist.
These great musicians are often referred to as Sidemen and often
slighted of their cue credit. The song "sidemen" fully explains with
these few words ..
"Their names are never on a marque but they played on those songs".
Their fiddle and steel, piano, and guitar.. they are the sidemen.. They
played for the star.
The talent of these men and women are the backbone of great songs, past
and present. Less we forget, God bless the sideman they played for the
star.
